For B2B event organizers

Run the event.
Prove the revenue.

Brella engineers the meetings your event exists for — then proves what they were worth to everyone who funds it: attendees who return, sponsors who renew, a P&L that compounds. Attributable outcomes, every edition.

Your event creates value.
Almost nobody can see it.

Meetings happen. Deals start. Then the event ends, the proof evaporates — and next year's conversations with attendees, sponsors and your own board start from zero.

24%

of exhibitors churn every year. Replacing one costs about five times keeping one.

Keep two of those sponsors with proof, and Brella has paid for itself.

Match. Meet. Prove.

One system does all three. That's the core of the product.

Step 1 — Match

AI matchmaking that fills calendars before doors open.

Every attendee gets ranked, explained matches — who to meet and why it's worth their time. At a 5,000-person event that's 12.5 million possible pairs, solved against goals, availability and quotas. We've run it in production for a decade.

  • Matches come with a reason, not just a name
  • Invites and reminders that actually get calendars filled
  • See which audiences lag — while there's time to act

Step 2 — Meet

Meetings that actually happen — even the high-stakes ones.

Requests, acceptance, tables, locations, reschedules and no-shows: the full meeting lifecycle runs in one place, with your team in control. Hosted-buyer program? Brella runs selection, ranking, quotas and scheduling end-to-end — no spreadsheet heroics.

  • Every meeting: proposed → scheduled → held → rated
  • Hosted-buyer and 1:1 programs handled end-to-end
  • Live organizer view of every moving part

Step 3 — Prove

A report per sponsor, ready when the doors close.

Not one event-wide PDF for everyone — each sponsor sees its own meetings, its target accounts, its follow-ups. You see every edition benchmarked against the last one. The renewal call starts from results, not goodwill.

  • Per-sponsor outcomes, attributable and exportable
  • Edition-over-edition benchmarks on identical definitions
  • Your commercial team walks in already holding the answer

From one live Brella trade show: 2,200+ meeting requests · 518 meetings held · networking rated 9/10 by the organizer.

What you can do with Brella.

The meetings engine is the core. Around it: everything an event team actually does — with less and less of it done by hand.

01

Fill every calendar

AI matchmaking plus built-in invite and activation journeys, tuned across thousands of B2B events. Watch adoption by audience and nudge the laggards before doors open.

02

Run hosted-buyer programs end-to-end

Selection, ranking, quotas, auto-scheduling, exceptions — the whole two-sided workflow in one system, with your team in oversight instead of in spreadsheets.

03

Hand every sponsor its own proof

Meetings held, target accounts engaged, follow-ups ready. Attributable, exportable, ready at doors-close — the artifact your renewal conversations are missing today.

04

Repeat an event in minutesToday

Duplicate an edition and keep what matters: lists, permissions, sponsor packages, integrations. The second edition takes half the work. The tenth runs on rails.

05

Run Brella without touching the admin panelNew

Brella's API + MCP make the platform programmable: your internal tools — or an AI agent — can create events, update content, manage audiences and pull results. Ops on autopilot.

06

Make it entirely yours

White-label apps out of the box — or build your own front end on Brella's engine. Your brand on every pixel; matchmaking, scheduling, permissions and proof included.

The Brella difference.

You'll see a hundred event apps this year. Here's why this one is a different machine.

A decade of tuning one thing: meetings that happen.

Matching 5,000 people means 12.5 million possible pairs against goals, quotas and availability — an operating problem, not a prompt. Every default in Brella — match logic, journeys, reminders, scheduling — has been tuned by thousands of real B2B events. You don't configure your way to results. You start from them.

Every number traces to a meeting that happened.

Because Brella runs the full lifecycle — proposed → scheduled → held → rated — its reports are attributable, not sampled. Each sponsor gets its own result. Each edition is benchmarked against the last on identical definitions. Analytics tells you what happened in the app; proof tells a sponsor what happened to their pipeline.

An engine, not a walled garden.

Registration and CRM stay yours — synced two ways, monitored like production infrastructure. And with Brella's API + MCP, the platform is programmable: your internal tools or AI agents can create and control events end to end, no admin panel required. Use our apps, extend them, or replace them entirely.

Evolve your event without betting it.

Try the new format, the new audience, even your own front end — while matchmaking, scheduling, reliability and proof keep running on defaults that already work. Customize exactly what your audience notices. Never rebuild what has to be right when the doors open.

Want to build your own event experience?
You should. Build it on the engine.

Experiment, personalize, invent — the surface is yours to create. Underneath it, a decade-tuned results machine keeps every meeting, schedule and report running.

Building from zero

The demo is the easy 10%.

Great prototypes are a weekend away. Production is the other 90% — owned by you, at event-day stakes, with no second chances:

  • Match quality at thousands-of-attendees scale
  • Scheduling against quotas, tables and no-shows
  • Permissions, consent and GDPR from day one
  • Doors-open reliability with no support owner
  • Adoption journeys your app has never learned
  • Sponsor attribution — or the renewals that die without it
Creating on Brella

Your ideas ship in weeks, not quarters.

Design the experience only your event could have — through the API + MCP, with our engineers alongside if you want them:

  • Your brand, your front end, your custom flows and formats
  • Matchmaking, scheduling and proof pre-tuned by thousands of events
  • Every experiment still produces sponsor-ready numbers
  • Agents and internal tools operate the event for you
  • If it works, scale it. If it doesn't, the event never noticed.

Explore your event's next evolution risk-free — swap in your ideas, keep the defaults that deliver.

Software plus a team that engineers the outcome.

Platforms don't fail on features. They fail on delivery. Brella ships with the people who've run this play a thousand times.

01 An outcome engineer on your account

Not a support inbox — a named expert who plans your activation, watches adoption live, tunes the matchmaking and builds your renewal case with you. Standard on every larger account.

02 Program ops for high-stakes meetings

Hosted-buyer and 1:1 programs run with you, end to end: selection, ranking, scheduling, day-of exceptions. Your team keeps the oversight; ours keeps the machine humming.

03 Build-with-you delivery

Custom experience, dashboard or integration? Our engineers build beside your team on the API — or deliver on your brief — and hand over something you own and understand.

Built for events that run on
sponsor money and meeting promises.

Recurring B2B events from 300 to 20,000 attendees, where "who you'll meet" is the reason people buy the ticket — and sponsors fund the P&L.

Conferences & trade shows

Prove exhibitor ROI edition after edition, and renew at full price.

Media & association events

Turn your audience into measured connections members and advertisers pay for.

Hosted-buyer programs

Meetings are the product you sell. Run them industrially, not in spreadsheets.

Fair questions.

How is this different from our event app?

Your event app is a surface — it shows an agenda and counts opens. Brella is an engine: it generates the meetings, makes sure they happen, and measures what they were worth. If your current app can't tell a sponsor what it got, that's the difference.

We already have registration and a CRM. Do we switch?

No. They stay the systems of record for what they own. Brella connects with managed two-way sync, monitored like production infrastructure — because a broken integration at doors-open is how platforms get fired.

What does switching actually cost us?

Less than staying put. We rebuild your event from your current setup — audiences, agenda, sponsor packages, integrations — typically within days, with an outcome engineer alongside through your first edition. After that, duplication makes every edition cheaper than the last.

Our last event app was a ghost town. Why would this work?

Because adoption is a feature here, not a launch email. Brella ships the invite and reminder journeys proven across thousands of events, and shows you activation by audience in real time — an empty calendar is a warning we raise early, not a surprise you discover on day one.

Can it run under our own brand — or our own app?

Yes. Run Brella's apps, white-label them, or build your own front end on Brella's engine via the API. And with MCP, your internal tools or AI agents can create and operate events directly — no admin panel required. Your brand on every pixel, our engine underneath.

We're considering building our own event app. Why shouldn't we?

Maybe you should — on top of Brella. The interface is the easy 10%; match quality, scheduling, consent, reliability and sponsor attribution are the 90% that has to be right on event day. Build your experience through the API and inherit the engine — you ship in weeks and keep every renewal number intact.

How fast can we be live?

Days for a standard event; a few weeks for white-label or hosted-buyer programs. Repeat editions duplicate with lists, permissions, sponsor packages and integrations intact — the second edition takes half the work.
